The Portland Bocce League Association Foundation is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The purposes and objectives of the PBLAF are: 

 1. To enhance and develop the sport of bocce for individuals of all ages and to a specific segment of the population of physically and mentally challenged children and adults. 

 2. To provide clinics, lessons, and tournaments teaching the rules and strategy of bocce. 

 3. To build and maintain bocce courts to support the development of the sport of bocce.
